Edoardo Salvemini

Edoardo Salvemini obtained his master's degree in Management of Innovation at Rotterdam School of Management in 2020. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in standardization at the Technical University of Eindhoven under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ir. Rudi Bekkers and Dr. Paul Moritz Wiegmann. 

Edoardo Salvemini is pursuing a Ph.D. in standardization processes. This project is part of a broader cooperation project among TU/e, the Technical University of Delft, Rotterdam School of Management, and the Royal Dutch Standardization Institute NEN. The focus of his research is on the inclusion of societal interest in standardization, by studying the determinants, modes, and effects of societal stakeholders' involvement in standardization. This study is motivated by the increasing consideration of non-technical objectives for standardization, such as the contribution to the SDGs.
